Always depends who you get cutting your hair, but for the most part I've always had a good experience. The online check-in system has some weaknesses as it might indicate a huge wait online but no one is in the store and people don't show up. So if it's showing a long wait and you're in the area, you may want to stop in or call.

My son's first haircut was butchered by my aunt. They managed to salvage it from the bowl cut to a decent cut and manage to not make him cry either. Super grateful for her fixing my son's hair.

Took my son for a back to school haircut. They were very accommodating and the stylist that did his hair made sure to ask him every step of the way and was really amazing with him. Will definitely be going back for future trims.
