This is the second time, for two separate projects, that Alec has taken care of for our family. The company is quick to respond and Alec stayed on it until it was thoroughly completed, tested, and explained to us. The first time was late into the night; this most recent turned into 2-day job. He makes sure everything is cleaned up and is somehow still smiling after dealing with our challenges. It is a piece of mind knowing Rooter Express and technicians such as Alec do exist with reasonable rates and true care for their customers’ needs.

Every person I’ve worked with at Rooter Express has been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their team is responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. Joe even helped us identify a larger-scale issue within one of my communities and provided recommendations on how to properly address it, despite the fact that Rooter Express would not financially benefit from the recommendation.
