Showed up last minute on a Friday to rent a long extension ladder so I could rescue my cat from a tree. Was in and out in no time. The guy who loaded the ladder helped me with the tie downs so the ladder was secure.
Because it was a Friday and they are not open on Saturday, the ladder was due back Monday morning. Plenty of time to save the kitty. Returned the ladder on Monday and it was a little nerve racking maneuvering to the back of the building with a 32 foot extension ladder hanging out of the back of the truck. We’ve been renting lawn mowers from them for probably a couple years off and on now and they always have what we need in stock ready to go. Friendly great service, great rental prices for great equipment. I wish their business much success for many many years to come!
I guess each person's experience is different. I rented a tiller on 6/4/22.Pros: Everyone was inviting and I was well assisted as it was my first time renting a tool for gardening. The nice young guy showed me how to use this specific tiller and gave me an additional can of gas to use. I originally wanted to rent until 9:00, but unfortunately I needed to keep it a bit longer. I called first thing on 6/5 and was told that I would be able to keep it and it would just be adjusted upon my return-fair enough.
