Reliable RV just completed a reseal/ coating job on my Travel trailers rubber roof. Chris’s crew gave notice and arrived on time. Completed the job as scheduled and did an “Outstanding “Job. I highly recommend this veteran owned business for any of your RV needs as they do many things.
WOW!! Chris and his team are AMAZING! I called Reliable RV late on a Friday afternoon. Chris said that Brandon would be out around lunchtime the following day. Lunchtime came and I got a call from Brandon. He got behind due to unexpected issues. He kept in touch and called when he was en route. He even made a detour to go check the warehouse for a part that I needed. And they had it. Once here, he addressed the issue and answered all of my questions. And then came the bill. Chris had given me an estimate over the phone for the travel fee. Then, of course, any repairs that were needed were added. I happily paid the man! The charges were more than fair and less than I expecting. About 2 weeks later I had another issue and called Chris. The next day he and Skyler came out and took care of the issue. This is how is done. Professional, prompt and fair! Thank you!
