If you have been wanting to get GREAT pest control service- Look no further than Prevail. I literally can't say enough positives. Joshua was our tech and he was amazing! He explained everything and made sure I understood. He was very very nice, super polite. I was embarrassed that I didn't get my house as picked up as much I planned but he never once said a thing. 😄 He was charming and personable but also super professional. He really went the extra mile. He even swept around my front door and garage door to make sure the treatment got where it needed to be. He was amazing. Prevail is by far the best pest control I've ever used. I am so happy I finally called and had them come out. Very very nice people! Highly recommend! we have used Prevail for 7 yrs now and absolutely reccommend them highly. Never a problem and very reliable.
We had bees under ground at our house. they were causing a huge problem. My husband could not cut grass near where they had an underground hive at because they would come out and sting him. We called Prevail that morning and Hammond came to our house that afternoon. He was very professional, kind, courteous and he got rid of our bee problem with a very reasonable price. I pray that we don't need his service again but if we did we would not hesitate to call him.
