I had my complimentary consultation with Dr. Jenn today. I was disappointed. I was met by some of the loveliest administrative staff, Heather was amazing! I was excited. Heather really listened and made me feel comfortable. Then, Heather took my paperwork to the doctor. They spoke for under five minutes before they came in the room. Almost immediately, Dr. Jenn began telling me about all of these tests that I needed. She never: took my blood pressure or temperature, asked me how much I weighed or examined me in anyway. Then she told me how the testing is going to cost thousands of dollars. This is not a practice for the middle class. They should have to acknowledge that.

My experience here was a disappointment. This facility claimed that they did not take insurance. Come to find out that they do take insurance. I was lied to by Dr, Jen and Keisha at the front desk. I was charged over 2,150 for a blood test. The facility sent me to Lab Corp in Brunswick. Health issues were not take seriously by the facility nor Dr. Jen. She does not care about her patients. I was very much looked over, lied to about the cost and felt neglected. Filed an appeal. Insurance asked to reach out to Heller Healthcare for reimbursement.
