I was a bit surprised by the one reviewer who had such a bad experience. I completely disagree on every point she wrote! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kent or his staff. True, there is a landscaping project in progress in front of the building's exterior but that does not in any way impact the capabilities of Dr. Kent - and I have been a patient for almost 2 years now. I've always loved the reception area of the office and find it nice and cozy with an oversized fireplace and comfortable chairs. The office staff is excellent and the one time they were running late I was notified in advance before arriving at the office. I know everyone... read full review

First impressions are everlasting impressions. I spoke with the office on a Monday about getting a consult for the ORBERA Gastric Balloon. I was impressed that they had an opening for Thursday of the same week. I asked to be emailed the paperwork so that there wouldn't be a delay in services, but to no avail, I didn't receive the paper work via email. I drove up to the office and I was immediately TURNED OFF by the overgrown vegetation on the building, sidewalks...etc. I said to myself, it can't be that bad on the inside.
