3/12/26 update- I've tried calling. Yall don't answer and yall blocked my wife's number.

*BEWARE*- This practice commits fraud. They will not submit insurance claims to the right insurance and then lie and say that they did but it was denied in order to get defraud you of money. Willing to upload the proof if they try to deny it. Now they are refusing to email or call my wife back.

Also, Emily Carter is completely unethical and does not follow HIPAA. Sessions consist more of her talking about her strained relationship with her daughter than you talking about your problems. She will also tell your teenager how bad they look and how bad they are. The whole...read full review

I have heard so many unethical things about this place. A family friend has told me that her daughter can privately message her therapist, which is quite unusual from my perspective. Another thing that bothers me is that the therapist didn’t talk with both parents about the client that is a minor, to understand both side and what’s going on in her life is crazy to me. Lastly to try and take additional money from the parents is diabolical. Do better!

This practice commits fraud and then will violate the 21st Century Cures Act and block your access to any of the medical information when you catch them. Zero stars would be more suffice. They won’t answer my emails and blocked my number to call the practice after my insurance faxed them proof that they never submitted the claims. They swindled over 700$ from us! Stay far away.
