My heat & air has been out for about a month and I called & left a message for two companies to call me back three weeks ago just to schedule an appointment. No one ever called so I called Coastline yesterday and Tony came this morning and fixed my issue right away. Sure is nice to have some heat!! Will call you from now on, promise.

My lights were down and nobody but Tony at Coastline Electric gave a damn. So called reputable businesses told me MAYBE they could get me in 2 weeks to a month. I called five of them!! Coastline came in 2 days. It took that long to get GA power to pull the meter ,so he could do the work, or he would of been there sooner.It took him 25 minutes and he fixed the meter base and was done. It took Ga power 24 Hours to get ot turned back on. Tony didn't even charge me a emergency call bill. That's is integrity and they will be the ONLY business that touches my house from now on.

We had an emergency problem which needed immediate attention, due to travel reasons. We had used Coastline Electric sometime back, and they had been good. I called the office, rather late in the day, as my husband had just discovered the problem (in the garage). The receptionist, Winnie, so so helpful, saying that she would make calls straight away and get back to us. She called in less than 10 minutes, saying the could come after their last job. We were very lucky ! Tony (owner) is a very nice man and took care of the problem. My husband was very grateful - We hope to use them again for some other work - in the meantime, I wanted to share our positive experience. . .... read full review
