Absolutely love Tianna H!!! She has the best personality and she knows her stuff! Shes so outgoing! Dr Knott was amazing as well! She has a wonderful bedside manner and made sure my husbands HTN was maintained, addressed concerns about new meds and took her time. Both Tianna Hopkins and Emily Knott made the check up a great one!
I really like this place. The people are nice and treat you with dignity. However one sore spot and it’s really frustrating. I have had them call me and I’ve missed the call. Tried calling back after they have left a voicemail to speak to a specific person. Sometimes the phone just rings and rings. When someone finally answers you ask to speak to originally called they transfer you to someone totally different and it’s their voicemail. This happens every time I’ve tried to call them. Then I have to call back again to that incessantly ringing phone. My suggestion to you if someone calls from here go to the office don’t call as it gets you nowhere.… read full review
The people there are so great. McKenna was very professional and nice. She made me feel like I mattered. And Dr Horner was great. Never laughed so much during a consultation. Thank you all
