Had a great experience with Coach Tim. We set goals for 90 days and between a suggested diet/macros outline and supplemental workouts provided by Coach Tim added to my existing workout, I was able to drop my Body fat percent by 5%. Mission accomplished!! Thanks Coach.
BodyworX Studio has been a critical part my daughter's softball performance training. I have been coming to Bodyworx with Coach Tim since August. He's an amazing trainer. I wanted to get stronger for sports and he knew exactly what to do for me. He has helped me so much for getting stronger and I have noticed big changes in my body since August. He has also helped me with getting a better and nutritional diet. He is a very smart and professional trainer and you couldn't ask for better. He is a jokester as well and makes going to the gym not dreadful. He spices things up every time you go in so you never know what you are doing when you come in. He also let's you play whatever music you want.
