I'm so thankful to Carter at Beckham Heating & Air for his prompt response and for being able to replace our thermostat immediately! It's good to know they continue to care for the unit they installed decades ago! Would recommend them highly!

My well pump switch failed on Saturday morning. I called the emergency line and received a call back within 15 minutes. The technician did some preliminary diagnosis, and was at my home in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and repaired my system rapidly. I am pleased with the service I received and would recommend this company.

Very responsive when I called to schedule an appointment (other places wanted to put me off for a week or 2!!)! They were able to come out the very next day! They said they would call before they came (which they did) & the technician they sent out was very personable & efficient! It ended up being a minor issue (thankfully) but I won't even THINK about calling anyone else when I need something done again! Thanks!!
