“I always hate working out and have found gyms to be overwhelming with their bright colors, loud music, and crowded machinery. This is THE BEST gym and has changed my outlook on staying active. If it weren’t for this gym, I wouldn’t go to the gym… it’s so clean, the staff are kind, it’s calming, there’s natural light and nice music, and I just feel encouraged every time I step in the door. I know so many people that have made this part of their routine and it helps people feel accomplished and supported. “Dr. Hecht is wonderful! I saw her for pre diabetes management and reversal. She took the time to really get to know me and then made suggestions and recommendations to help me immediately. I also took my son who was experiencing severe allergies. He would break out in hives regularly and was pretty miserable. We saw a pediatrician and allergist with no relief. Dr. Hecht had him good as new in less than a month and best thing is he doesn’t have to take medicine anymore and he hasn’t had a flair up since. She also helped him with asthma relief. We have also had acupuncture with her and felt relief after one visit. Highly recommended her to everyone looking to treat the root cause of whatever they are experiencing.“
