“Me and my family have been using West Jackson Family Dental for about 6 yrs now, ever since we've moved to Jackson County. Every visit has been enjoyable. The staff is chatty and fun to socialize with, and they're great with kids. They are punctual with time, and waiting is more of a rarity. If there was any negative to say, it would be that appts. are typically scheduled out at earliest most of the time weeks in advance. Considering how my schedule is with work travel, this causes delays in my cleanings or follow-ups.“

Drs Benner and Townsend are not only professional, they are truly wonderful people. Their staff, too, are genuinely caring and professional. Not only do I go to them, but so do all four of my children and my husband who hadn't seen a dentist in MANY years. Dr. Yosif explained from the first day I saw him and his Staff last year what road to get there would be like. Leslie is his Scheduler and she makes that treatment plan do able. To fit you financial planning. where I ought to get a secondary insurance to cover a lot of my out of pocket. And boy did it save me the last visit I spent a hundred bucks literally. That's walking out with Dentures I was blown away how much it help me. Leslie and Teresa are amazing they're both a beautiful ladies And let's go to the assistant of Dr Yosif Omg Rodica she's phenomenal like when I'm telling you she's phenomenal!! I was so comfortable with her I had literally held onto her hand When she least expected she was okay and told me you did good and she was so personable I felt like I was in the right spot that's when I was like I got the best dentist bar none and I wouldn't go anywhere else and I want to thank you all I know it's a long review but maybe somebody else in my position can understand and relate where I was coming. “I used Dr Bankston for implant surgery. This was the third time I have had this surgery done and the first time by Dr Bankston. I was very pleased with him and his staff. This was the least amount of pain I have had and his process removed a second surgery. He was also more affordable than the prior experience I had.
