“I started training here after attending a buddy class with my friend. As a small female who has been assaulted in the past I was looking for self defense that would work in real life situations and this is it. I feel that all girls should be taught Gracie Jiu-jitsu as soon as possible to be able to protect themselves. I have already built so much more confidence and my skills grow with each class! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and really work with you. It is a family environment where all types of people come together to encourage one another and learn important skills and also have fun doing it. My husband and son train as well and it has brought us closer as a family. I highly recommend that you stop by and talk to Mr Randy, Mr Ryan or Miss Hannah about what jiu-jitsu can do for you, I promise it is worth it!!“
