This gym is awesome and better than any MMA gym I have been at in the area. They have a great staff and very good training. I have been coming for the past 2 years and I am happy to be associated with this gym.
This place was recommended to me by a Brazilian guy who's a blackbelt and heard about from someone in Iowa...So, that shows you what a good reputation Casey Baynes has among those who know him. I feel lucky to have found this gym. I also LOVE the community I gained by joining. Feels like home whenever I go.
