Veterinarians in Blue Ridge

“I called to make an appointment with Dr Farr for our very sick Chihuahua - Spencer, hoping for something ASPA. Luckily Lisa answered the phone and I explained what was going on and got an appointment for the next day and told her to please put me on the cancellation list hoping to get there sooner. Lisa was savvy enough to understand that when a tiny dog goes down that things happen quickly. She asked to put me on hold and when she came back she told me that she had gone and spoke with Dr. Farr who was in surgery at the time. Dr Farr told her to tell me to come in at 12:00, that she would see Spencer before she went to lunch. I got there at 11:30 and got right in. Hats off and my deep appreciation to both of these ladies for putting the welfare of theirs patients before everything – that is rare these days.“

“I switched local vets and am so happy. The building is beautiful and very clean. The front desk immediately put us in a room so neither my pet or other traumatizes the others. The tech staff were friendly and professional. Then comes the Dr while running late ( I asked why so late) I was told there was an emergency and instead of just stopping the sentence there, I get a hear full apology which one rarely hears from anyone today. I appreciated a reason and an apology more than anything. To me a true professional who cares about their patients offers a kind word. Upon checkout I was treated fairly and on top of all of the above I spent less then my previous vet. So Blue Ridge sometimes new is a good thing! Thanks folks!!“
