Excellent veterinarian Office. We spend our summers up in the area and we had a medical emergency this summer with our dog with her glaucoma and vision. This veterinary office was very accommodating with getting her in quickly and assisting us with stabilizing her. Thankfully, as a result, we were able to preserve her vision.
We've recently moved to the area and Ocoee came highly recommended. They've seen both of our kitties and our Rottweiler. Both vets and their teams that we saw were kind, professional and knowledgeable. All of our animals are seniors, and the vets were especially helpful in brainstorming with us ways to keep our senior pets happy and healthy. Excellent care and communication. Highly recommend!
I called to make an appointment with Dr Farr for our very sick Chihuahua - Spencer, hoping for something ASPA. Luckily Lisa answered the phone and I explained what was going on and got an appointment for the next day and told her to please put me on the cancellation list hoping to get there sooner. Lisa was savvy enough to understand that when a tiny dog goes down that things happen quickly. She asked to put me on hold and when she came back she told me that she had gone and spoke with Dr. Farr who was in surgery at the time.
