Booked a deep tissue massage with Denise. She was fantastic & helped my chronic pain & migraines. She knows what she’s doing. Enjoyed the amenities included, the steam room, lunch in the cafe, the quiet room & the complimentary beverages. Highly recommend this beautiful spa in the Blue Ridge mountains. A gorgeous retreat! Can’t wait to return
