Our hot water heater stopped working and we had no hot water. I called Ridge Plumbing and spoke with a very pleasant lady who probably hadn’t even had time to put her purse down yet. She took my information and forwarded me to the Service Department. Again, the representative was extremely courteous and promised they would be out to my house within a few hours with a new hot water heater. Tony Goodwin called me within 2 hours to tell me he was on his way, and sure enough he was at my house in 15 minutes. I did not have to repeat what I told the receptionist first thing this morning. I’ve had Ridge Plumbing to my newer house in Blue Ridge to upgrade and repair numerous issues that I didn’t trust to the original builder’s plumbing crew. Always great communication and professional results. I can’t say enough good about this company.
I discovered a water leak and Ridge Plumbing came to the rescue within an half hour. Brian quickly assessed the issue that required, among other things, removing a wood board in a closet to get to a pipe. He patiently and professionally explained the issue and provided an expert repair in a timely fashion. There was no unsightly repair. Plus the repair bill was very reasonable. If I could give a 10 star rating I would to Ridge Plumbing for its professional, timely, knowledgeable, and friendly staff.
