“Our hot water heater stopped working and we had no hot water. I called Ridge Plumbing and spoke with a very pleasant lady who probably hadn’t even had time to put her purse down yet. She took my information and forwarded me to the Service Department. Again, the representative was extremely courteous and promised they would be out to my house within a few hours with a new hot water heater. Tony Goodwin called me within 2 hours to tell me he was on his way, and sure enough he was at my house in 15 minutes. I did not have to repeat what I told the receptionist first thing this morning. He came equipped with the exact water heater that I requested. We discussed the amount of the bill and after agreement he went to work. He had everything he needed to complete the job. He left my basement in better shape than when he arrived. He did not leave a mess for me to clean up.
