I can't say enough how incredibly appreciative we are for James Thomas HVAC, and particularly for Noreen! In single-digit temps, our guests turned off the thermostat (because they were enjoying the gas fireplaces and it got a little toasty inside), and this caused a condensation line to freeze. I left an after-hours message around 10:45 pm and Noreen called back within 10 minutes. She walked us through a temporary solution that not only worked, but meant that our service call could wait until morning. Our guests were happy and the tech showed up first thing to finalize a repair. On top of that, the invoice was more than fair. This is why we value our working relationship... read full review

This review is a long time coming. James Thomas takes excellent care of our systems, and I couldn’t be more thankful for our technician, Scotty. He was taking care of our home long before we purchased it and clearly knows the system inside and out.
My husband and I have owned a number of rental properties over the years in various states, and as a result, we have dealt with various HVAC companies, both for service and maintenance, and these guys are the best, hands down. Even though our system is old (they don’t make them like they used to ?), Scotty has never tried to tell us it’s time to consider replacing our system or sell us silly upgrades, something other... read full review

New 4 ton heat pump installed with our new home 4 years ago. Problems from day one. Had 3 different companies over a 4 year period look at our unit many times. Never fixed just a quick fix and a patch up job. Had extremely high electric bills because unit wasn’t working correctly. No one could fix the problem until We heard about James Thomas heating and air so we called them. This was our 4th HVAC company now in 4 years. Calling James Thomas Heating and Air was a true Blessing. Everyone we dealt with was truly polite, courteous, knowledgeable, communicative, and truly wanting resolve our HVAC issues.
