“Tim from Blue Ridge Computers is the perfect example of everything I love about Blue Ridge. This is a man who's main driver is helping. I have an arcade from a company I purchased that went out of business, so when that arcade started having issues i couldn't find help. Being that it's basically a computer in an arcade cabinet, Tim was my hail Mary call and he has come through in every way possible. This wasn't his typical service call but he still wanted to try to help and he definitely did. He was able to fix my issue and every time an issue has come up he has come through with a great attitude and fantastic service. This last call he basically walked me though the fix and even though he could've charged me a lot of money he wanted to teach me to fish instead of letting me buy a fish from him. I can't thank this man enough and he has taught me a lot. If you have a tech issue, Tim should be your first call.“
