“Chris (CSR) came highly recommended on Nextdoor when I was looking for someone to fix our computer issue. I brought it to him and within three days he let us know what the problem was, how much to fix it and how long it would take. We got the computer back the next day, and it's now working great. I am so happy to have found CSR, and I highly recommend this business and would give it 5 stars.”
“I had a coffee mishap on my laptop. I had taken it to another place (CSR) initially, and had a poor experience with delays (had my laptop over a week and I had to call them 3 times because they never once called me about it), non-responsive management, etc., so once I got it back, I immediately took it to Bob for a second opinion. He diagnosed the laptop in a few hours and gave me a detailed explanation of the issues. Removed the battery because it had gotten liquid in it, and he charged me nothing to look at it, unlike CSR, who obviously let it sit for a week, looked at it a few minutes and charged me for it. Bob is a really nice man, and he knows his stuff. I recommend taking your computer work to him 100%!”
