I placed an order on the website for an azalea plant. I received a call the next day letting me know that it was not available, but she walked me through each of my many options that were available. She was so kind and helpful. She apologized that the she would not be able to get the azalea, but I completely understood since it was not her fault-it was her supplier. I was so appreciative of the phone call and that she was so kind! I will definitely order from Floral Creations again! Thank you for reaching out and for giving me so many alternative options!
