Recently had our finished basement flood, Mark at Big Jim’s helped us pick out faux wood and carpet to replace the entire floor. I’m really impressed with the team’s attention to detail, everything looks even better than before. 10/10
We just had our engineered hardwood floors replaced by Big Jim’s Floors Inc and their recommended installer, Next Generation Flooring LLC.
This involved nearly the entire house. Mark at Big Jim’s was great at helping us select a product and providing an estimate, and Nick and Nathan of Next Generation Flooring did an excellent job of providing a complete day by day schedule on the installation. Nick and Nathan were very professional and cleaned up the work area each day. Everything was done on time, even though they had a few issues pop up.
Definitely would recommend Big Jim’s and Next Generation.
We are finishing our basement and after weighing options decided upon a loose lay/adhered vinyl plank. Mark at Big Jim's showed us their products and we loved the quality of their Shire line. It was by far the thickest plank we had seen. The team made it easy for us and they had a quick turnaround to install. I would highly recommend Big Jim's. David Walker and his team did an excellent job on the install. They maintained a clean work site too! Top notch.
