“They did a lot of work on our house in Eden. I asked for an outlet in the kitchen and he told me that he couldn't do it the way I wanted because it would be "code" but gave me an alternative idea and I agreed. Even though it wasn't how I originally wanted, I appreciated that he makes sure his work is up to code. The alternative idea worked well, too.”
“Had Joyner Electric come to do some rewiring for security items. The 2 men were very intelligent- they knew everything I explained to them and got teh job completed in no time. They actually cleaned up when they were finished!”
“Jerry Reid with Reid Electric is outstanding. After our HVAC company couldn’t diagnose an issue with our air conditioner, Jerry quickly identified the real problem, pinched wiring inside the wall that was overheating and burning through insulation to our outdoor heat pump. It was a serious hazard that could have led to a house fire, and he diagnosed it quickly.
What really sets Jerry apart is his work ethic and character. He makes himself available evenings and weekends, shows up when he says he will, charges fair prices, and is incredibly respectful in your home, even taking his shoes off without being asked.
We’re very appreciative of his work in both our home and business, especially for the peace of mind he provides. Highly recommend Jerry and Reid Electric to anyone looking for a skilled, honest electrician who does things right.”
