“VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! Jarvis was very professional and properly diagnosed the problem. The company does NOT itemize the bill. The job required for our water heater to be replaced. The sticker price on the water heater was $489. The cost for removing and replacing the water heater, PLUS $75 to come out plus additional 4% for using a credit card. The total cost was $1,566.24!!! I find that to be OUTRAGES! I miss the days of fair pricing which includes itemizing so you can see exactly what you are paying for.“
