What a company! Our main water pipe did burst and we called a plumber advertising 24/7 service. “We can try to put you on the schedule for some time next week,” was the reply we got. With the next call we had the same result, but a friend told us that he had had a good experience with Service Plumbing. So that was my next call. A very friendly Jennifer answered the phone, and said she had to check with her team and call me back. Within a few hours our problem was solved by three of their employees. We called Service Plumbing for an emergency plumbing situation in a home we just moved into, and I'm so thankful we did. They were responsive and were able to get someone out the same day.Daniel was an absolute lifesaver. He came in and resolved our issue within an hour or so. Couldn't be more grateful for their help and service.
I had my main water line under my house bust and had no water. I called at 2:30 pm and they worked me in the next day at 11:30 am. Fantastic service from Mike who answered my call and Tim with his helper had my water back on in less than an hour. Price was very reasonable considering I had an emergency call. Would highly recommend!
