I had the pleasure of having Clay as my tech. My scheduling window was between 9-11am. My doorbell rung at 9:00 am on the dot. Upon opening the door, Clay was very nice and eager to listen to the issue I was having. Before he walked in, without question, he placed shoe covers on. He explained to me what he was going to check for and already had his ladder sitting at my back door. Clay proceeded to go into the attic, and asked for permission to go into my masters to obtain the thermostat. It took me leaving an initial bad review in a couple of places to get the right ears to listen to our issue. However, they did end up doing the right thing and fixed the issue and fixed a couple of other issues they noticed. We appreciate the owner doing the right thing and getting our system back up and running.

We have a bad kink in the 3/4 inch suction line in our attic that could only be caused by a bad install from this company based on a different company’s professional experience.
