Scott completed a very detailed review of my current home as I was preparing to sell to a family member and did not want either of us to go into the sale without our eyes open on any issues. Scott confirmed that there were no structural issues, but identified several things that needed maintenance to keep the home in the best possible shape. Scott spent more time to than we scheduled and he was very patient and walked through everything with us answering multiple questions during and after the inspection. He thoroughly walked through the house with us and showed us where there was opportunity. He also wrote a thorough report.
