I have never been more confident in a PCP. She not only listens, but makes me feel I am HEARD. We work together for my medical care as a team..and I know I don't have to navigate my health alone. I could not appreciate Dr. Miller and staff more and am eternally grateful for the care I continue to receive. “I, too, am very shocked by the poor reviews on Google. I would say, take a chance with them because I had a phenomenal experience so far. In June, I went to the ER for an incredibly horrible migraine and needed a follow up neurologist. I found Jasper Neurological on my own when I googled one near my house. Dr. Pearlstein has wonderful reviews on Piedmont’s site so I thought with the older reviews, it likely could have been previous employees or a change in management and I’d give it a try. From the very first call, the front desk was incredibly kind and thorough. I needed an additional referral, which was fine, and I was able to book an appointment. I did wait about a month - month and a half for the appointment but that was typical for all offices I called. First appointment - I felt heard, seen, listened to, and
that we had a solid plan to helping me feel better with my daily headaches. Dr. P was knowledgeable, kind and funny. Bedside manner first thing in the morning was top notch. Same with Jessica, the nurse, gosh she was so kind, loved her! All in all, I have no idea if the previous reviewers were reviewing the right organization. I had a follow up appointment booked before I even left the office! I’m happy with my decision to go with Jasper Neurological.“

“My wife's doctor is here. Often it is crowded and there is a wait, but that's to be expected for a popular medical practice. It's an older building and is in need of a refresh but otherwise we have no problem here“
