Based on the reviews, the staff at Medical Associates of North Georgia are like family. Drew is always kind and helpful. Kimmie and Marisol make patients smile, laugh, and feel very comfortable. Janice Reed listens, makes you comfortable, and encourages you to share your needs. The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable, and Nurse Stephanie was amazing. The lab staff, including Terri, provide amazing care. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always have a smile for you, and are helpful when asking questions on the phone and in the office. Patients never have to wait too long to be seen and never feel rushed while with the doctor. Patients feel heard and work together as a team for their medical care. This practice receives the highest possible recommendation.

She not only listens, but makes me feel I am HEARD. We work together for my medical care as a team..and I know I don't have to navigate my health alone. I could not appreciate Dr. Miller and staff more and am eternally grateful for the care I continue to receive. So glad i followed Dr. Miller to ballground as I will not need another PCP for a VERY long time. HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION. A+++

The staff are like family! Drew had better not ever leave this office. It is like going to see family every time I walk in the door. Janice Reed is the best! The lab staff is great. Cannot imagine going to any other medical office where they care as much as this one!
