Based on the reviews, the staff at Medical Associates of North Georgia are like family. Drew is always kind and helpful. Kimmie and Marisol make patients smile, laugh, and feel very comfortable. Janice Reed listens, makes you comfortable, and encourages you to share your needs. The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable, and Nurse Stephanie was amazing. The lab staff, including Terri, provide amazing care. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always have a smile for you, and are helpful when asking questions on the phone and in the office. Patients never have to wait too long to be seen and never feel rushed while with the doctor. Patients feel heard and work together as a team for their medical care. This practice receives the highest possible recommendation.
DREW, Front Desk answered the phone & scheduled “first available” appointment, checked me in promptly! ROSALYN, medical assistant, checked my weight, vital signs, completely reviewed in computer: all issues, including my current medications!
My Provider, DR. KAYLA MILLER MD came right in, to assess and treat me! She has seen me only once before: NEW PATIENT VISIT IN APRIL! She is a great listener! Her interview questions are very learned & experienced, with an attitude of confidence in providing necessary care through Northside Network Providers!

Big thanks to the staff here at MANG: Drew is always kind and helpful. Kimmie and Marisol make me smile, laugh, and feel very comfortable. Then, Dr. Miller. I have never been more confident in a PCP. She not only listens, but makes me feel I am HEARD. We work together for my medical care as a team..and I know I don't have to navigate my health alone. I could not appreciate Dr. Miller and staff more and am eternally grateful for the care I continue to receive. So glad i followed Dr. Miller to ballground as I will not need another PCP for a VERY long time. HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION. A+++
I’ve been seeing Janice Reed at this location since it opened. She listens and makes you comfortable and encourages you to share your needs. The nurses and front office staff are helpful when asking questions on the phone and in the office. I would recommend this practice to all. Thank you
