118 E Shotwell St, Bainbridge“This was the second time we used Cook's for our washing machine. Unfortunately this time it took 3 weeks to finally get the issue fixed. No fault of theirs, just shipping new parts each week takes time, and it took 3 separate tries/service calls to get the right one. But they were great every time with updates and communication! The day our final repair call was done, our tech even came back by after hours when we had another small issue and made sure we were back up and running. Hopefully we don't need them again anytime soon, but I would recommend Cook's to everyone!“
