“Had to wait to long to get part installed so, I downloaded the video ,brought the spacer tool and a friend and myself installed the part .Have washed 11 loads of clothes .
I still say the AI booking scheduler needs fired ,or you will loose customers!! The technicians are awesome ,it's the AI that causes all the issues i have been a Sears customersince 1996 and this is the very first and hopefullythe last issue I ever have with them .I carry warranties on 14 appliances.”
