I still say the AI booking scheduler needs fired ,or you will loose customers!! The technicians are awesome ,it's the AI that causes all the issues i have been a Sears customersince 1996 and this is the very first and hopefullythe last issue I ever have with them .I carry warranties on 14 appliances.“
