I spoke with him on a Thursday, he ordered the part, and fixed our washer on Monday. The whole process was smooth and professional. And it was a very reasonable price for the whole labor and repair. “Our Sub Zero freezer was not working and Paul is the only licensed repair person for Sub zero in Tallahassee. We left a message, as it was not an emergency, and he called back the next morning and came to us within 30 minutes. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly and explained what he was doing and why and gave us some tips about our fridge and he answered our other questions, even about our viking oven and stove, which he is also licensed for. “These guys were awesome from the get go!! I called them and explained the situation about our AC breaking down and they were able to come over and check it out and fix it right away. They were very professional and very honest which I really appreciate because it’s very hard to find honesty and good help these days. The price was fair and they didn’t overcharge me like others would. Now my AC works better than ever actually!
