I love Bella Capella because of the amazing service the offer, great customer service/staff, and pure ambience. Juanita and her apprentice Ava does an amazing job with my natural hair. No harsh chemicals use on my hair, nice massage to my scalp when washing my hair, and the color done on my hair is perfect. I also leave completely satisfied. Rhonda does a super job with nails. I have gel nail——ALWAYS getting compliments on my nails and how wonderful they look. I am never disappointed in the service I receive. One of the BEST SALON in the CSRA.
I first visited Bella Capelli a few years ago when my hairstylist moved away ans I needed a new one. I worked downstairs in the same shopping center and called for an appointment, simply out of convenience that I didnt have to go far. I got on the schedule with Emma and I loved her the second her smiling face came around the corner. She is such a bright, kind, beautiful person and does an amazing job. She always listens and knows exactly what to do and not to do. After only a few years, she knows me so well, knows my personality and what I like and dont like. Highly recommend Bella Capelli! Juanita is the best at color, cut and style! I always leave feeling so happy with my hair! The staff is very nice and courteous. They were very accommodating when I needed a last minute schedule change.
