I have a very specific nail length that I need, and at other places I have to ask them to fix the length a couple of times, but here it was right the first time. The husband is deaf, but he makes a strong effort to have clear communication every step of the way.

Like yours, my girlfriend is addicted to nail care. And let me tell you, she does not mess around when it comes to her nail techs.
Here’s what I’ve learned about Nancy via my girlfriend as proxy.

- She does a great dip and gel coat.
- She practices the highest quality of hygienic service, including single use tool accessories (apparently fungus is a thing to be worried about with other places ?)
- She takes her time, cares about you and makes you feel welcome
- She’s never given her nails the “ring of fire” (whatever that is)
