After calling Advance Services/Peachtree Pest Control about concerns that my termite bait stations might be compromised, Leslie was very understanding and scheduled a visit the next morning. Leslie went through my contract and contact information while we were on the phone, and confirmed all information and updated contact information. She was very helpful and kind. She scheduled John to come out the next morning. John promptly called me the morning that was scheduled. John checked every station and confirmed their function. He did decide to replace two stations due to access/ placement. John was very knowledgeable and respectful of my request to be aware of where all of the stations were located. He marked them for my awareness to try to keep them uncovered with mulch for easier access for him during his annual inspection. I appreciated both Leslie and John’s response and professionalism. Because of their positive costumer service, I called the office later that day to compliment them, and once again talked to someone on the phone about my experience. K, (I didn’t hear her name well due to background noise on my side) took my response and said she would forward it to the company for their recognition program. Costumer satisfaction seems to be part of their business plan. Well done by all.
