Have used Cingo since moving into the house 4 years ago. Had several tech's during that time and always had good and professional service. Franklin Adams has been the tech for the past few visits now and has been the best. Always on time, very friendly, professional, dedicated and explains exactly what he does. As the saying goes "insects and bugs tremble at his name !" Cannot praise him enough. Great service.Services: Spider extermination

Franklin has been our guy for a few months now. This guy is probably the most professional guy we have worked with. We have a recurring monthly pest control contract. Franklin always shows up on time and ready for anything. He politely asks us what kinds of problems we have had the most of to address them before they happen. When I don't have issues he makes sure he treats for whatever may be the next thing that happens. I can't compare the company with others since this is all we have had, however I can highly recommend Franklin. Outstanding work ethic and customer service attitude.

I am a residential builder. I have had a very good positive working relationship with Cingo in Augusta Georgia. Marie in that local office is always courteous, returns phone calls, follows through with what she tells you she will do, and always tries to work out schedules that accommodates our schedules.
