Matthew leaves limited feedback about his observations of the lawn and recommendations for in between visits or if he sees an issue that requires a different service. He is extremely quick and has missed some heavily weeded areas in the back yard and on the sides of the house. Not sure he is spraying the front yard. We would like for him to spot spray the weeds in and around any flowers/shrubs.
Brian was exceptional. He made sure the service was done and completed. From the front yard to the back yard. He also communicated to my wife who was home at the time what he was doing at all times.
