“My daughter arranged for me to get silk press service. I got their a bit early, but 9:00 and on time, the adventure began. Know, I had been getting my hair serviced by Ms Glo who has retired, so I'm trying a new place and a new st someone new and her name is Colleen. She called me
to the sink and began coming my 4c-b naturally oily hair. I wasn't happy that she combed from the root down instead of detangling from the end up. But when she washed my hair, I forgot all of that. Her hands gave me the very best wash from a person other than myself in a long time. The dry process was wonderful, but I was looking for that silk press shine. She said be patient. I will say that when all was finished, including a trim, I felt my queendom was all around me. I've traveled, I've been in misty rain, yet my hair still looks great. I use a bit of ecoslay moonshine oil applied to my fingers then through my hair. I promise, it has not coiled up. It's beautiful.“

I cannot say enough about the kindness and compassion shown at Salon Titanium. My youngest sister walked in after experiencing an unimaginable loss the passing of her baby just a week prior. We didn’t have an appointment, but they welcomed her with open arms.

The receptionist, who went above and beyond, personally took the time to detangle and de-mat my sister’s hair. What might have seemed like a small act of service to some was truly something so much deeper she helped my sister feel cared for and seen in a moment when she needed it most. The patience, gentleness, and warmth she showed made a world of difference and gave my sister a bit of comfort during such a heartbreaking time.

We are beyond grateful for the kindness that was extended. It wasn’t just about hair it was about compassion, humanity, and reminding someone that they still matter. Thank you, Salon Titanium, and especially to the receptionist who took the time to help my sister feel even a little bit better. You’ll never know how much it meant to us. ?“

“I’ve been going to this hairdresser, FaTish McGarnett for six months. I came to her as a referral from the hairdresser, Ms. Gloria I had been going to. She was retiring. They both are Trichologist! I love their work because they are trained in scalp & hair health. They literally get to the root of the problem with your hair. FaTish is an excellent cosmetologist/trichologist!!!
