Working with the sliding door company was a great decision! We contacted them to help us add doors to a sitting room off our primary bedroom. My patio door was slow & sticking when I opened it.They came out last week & evaluated the door. It was a15 minute evaluation. The Tech cleaned/blowed the dirt from the tracks' rollers & sprayed with 10W-40. The Tech was very prompt,courteous, professional & credible. He instructed me on causes & resolutions to resolve the issue! It worked!!!!!
