My patio door was slow & sticking when I opened it.They came out last week & evaluated the door. It was a15 minute evaluation. The Tech cleaned/blowed the dirt from the tracks' rollers & sprayed with 10W-40. The Tech was very prompt,courteous, professional & credible. He instructed me on causes & resolutions to resolve the issue! It worked!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with the Sliding Door Company to install a new door to a room in our home that we are converting into a home office. Brian, in the Atlanta office, worked closely with us through the planning process and the entire team was great through the all the stages. We love the door and are super happy with the final product!
I wanted to add sliding doors to my home office. The process from start to finish was such a breeze!!! Brian was my account executive and he was wonderful to work with. We discussed my needs over the phone prior to my visit to the showroom. He was very patient, professional and and helped me complete my vision. Fabio was my installer. He was equally professional and he is serious about getting the measurements right the first time which is what you want. I decided on 4 panels due to the large opening. (2 panels are stationary).
