I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Jacinto and his staff at this clinic. EVERYONE is so nice, kind, caring and preemptive. Anytime there are issues they are resolved almost always day of. As someone with many complicated medical issues, the fact they put in this amount of effort makes my life and getting treatment so much easier. I truly love this office, its staff and doctors and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found them.
I cannot say enough good things about the Kaufmann Clinic. The staff is always kind and professional. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment, nor have I ever felt rushed out. I absolutely adore and respect my doctor, Lauren Regan. She is incredibly knowledgable, compassionate and attentive. It is obvious she genuinely cares about her patients and she is willing to take the time to make sure you understand all of your healthcare options.
The two stars go to the doctors: they were amazing. But the system for paying bills is simply TERRIBLE a and annoying. From contacting people to “we don’t receive payments by the phone”. Then navigate through all the process. It’s 2023!
