I want to take a moment to share my concerns about this office and the clear lack of professionalism that raises serious doubts about their credibility. My grandmother, who is fully capable of managing her own affairs, had a scheduled telehealth appointment on Monday. She waited all day, yet no one reached out or even provided an explanation for the missed appointment.
Since scheduling this appointment, the office has repeatedly violated HIPAA regulations by contacting me via email and phone, despite the fact that I am not responsible for handling her medical matters. This is her appointment, not mine, and their disregard for patient privacy is alarming.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr Richter, I would go to him again but his staff is horrendous. The billing department is incompetent. They participate in my insurance but failed to bill under correct tax id no. It is a year later and a ton of calls and still not correct.I paid my entire ded at the time of service and today, over a year later bill is still not refiled or correct.I will be filing a complaint with Cigna today and if I need to file with the insurance commission, I will be doing this too

If you want a doctor who reviews your chart in advance of your visit in order to give you an accurate diagnosis and professional care, DON"T GO TO CONSULATATIVE GASTROENTEROLOGY.
