I rarely go to the movies but I will increase my frequency since finding this place. This is in the corner of a strip mall. The theater was not busy and each theater has limited seating. Very nice recliners with a tray in front of each seat. The staff are also nice. Not sure that they have the highest quality projectors and speakers but I could not tell the difference and really enjoyed the show.

Waited through a half hour of NOT PREVIEWS (which might have had more entertainment value) but ADS and trivia--filler which is usually shown in the time before a movie is supposed to start for those who are in the theater early. These fillers are supposed to STOP once the real cinematic previews begin. However, for a 3:30 movie, these ads & fillers were showing no sign of stopping even by 4:00. Finally an employee came in and inexplicably announced the question to all of us waiting in the theater of whether we wanted to skip past the ads (he called them previews--they were not) & start the movie. He was answered by a unanimous shout of "YES!" Still nothing happened, now a blank screen. 15 MORE minutes. Some patrons announced they were leaving to get a refund. A few minutes later another employee comes in, at first apologizing that they are having technical difficulties getting the movie to "skip past the 'previews' to the movie" and that when they had tried to do that they had "lost the movie" in the process! (What??) Then he proceeds to shockingly blame one of the patrons who had come out to "chew them out" while telling them to skip the ads for Pete's sake. Implying that if those patrons hadn't "made" them have to do that, they wouldn't have lost the movie! Are you kidding me? WHY was this massive amount of unending filler being shown for so long anyway! And you're blaming one of your patrons, saying it's their fault?? After this absurdly rude employee left, another patron came back in after asking the understandable question of what was going on with the movie not starting and she said the guy "yelled at" her and said they were doing all they could. Fine, do all you can but how moronic and business-ending to BLAME and yell at your patrons. For what is the theater's total fault. The movie did finally start, after half the patrons had left. We just happened to have nothing else to do so we stuck around to see how it all played out. FYI, this happened in July of 2023 for a showing of Sound of Freedom. I inadvertently didn't finish this review but after that fiasco of customer service there's no way I'm not posting it. One star for at least finally figuring out their JOB and showing the movie.

My go to affordable theater. Their nachos are really good and the staff is very nice and accommodating. The only reason I am taking out one star is because their screens are on the smaller side, and you have to kind of look up when you're watching the movie since the screens are a lot more elevated than the seating. Other than that, this theater is great! Located next to a dollar tree and food places as well for a bite to eat before or after the show!
