It’s freezing in the suites, my stylist reached out to the manager informing her that her client was extremely cold and uncomfortable and they basically told her that she would need to bring a heater instead of controlling the temperature within the building. These stylist pay all this money monthly and their clients are not comfortable. There is a lock on the thermostat. The vent is directly above where she’s working so it’s not like she can move. Basic amenities such as how cold the building is should be addressed when it’s affecting clients.

Sent her money for hair bundles, and she never gave me the bundles nor the refund for it. She gave me the wrong salon address, lied about me giving her the wrong number she didn't reschedule me until the day of my appointment and still never did my hair or give me the bundles. i had to call out for work multiple times because of her inconsistency and unprofessionalism
