I have been coming here for close to a decade and always have a great experience. Regardless of if it’s a shirt, pants, or a suit, the work is always great. We do a fitting in the store, she asks when I need it by, and she charges a fair price. Once or twice, the garment was a little different than what I expected, and she always makes updates until it fits the way I want. You pay once up front and modifications are done for no extra charge. The service and the quality are great which is probably why her clothing racks are always full of completed orders.
I come to Laura for alterations on all my dresses and jackets. She does a great job and the turnaround time is very good. I feel comfortable purchasing sale items, knowing I have a trustworthy seamstress that never disappoints. Laura is amazing and has saved me on multiple occasions where I needed a dress altered immediately. (I try to bring items in at least two weeks before the event, however, I was part of a bridal party and gained some weight and needed a new dress ASAP.) Laura is the best and I cannot stress this enough! :)
So unbelievably kind. Stopped by asking if a tux could be let out - sadly it couldn’t, but they were incredibly kind, took their time, had creative ideas to try to make it work, offered to sew back what they carefully seam ripped to check if there was enough material, and did not push me to ‘try’ and see if they could make it work. They won my business when I buy something new to get hemmed!
