Planet Fitness is known for its Big Fitness Energy™ and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place for everyone to feel motivated. The Atlanta location stands out for its impressive stand-up tanning booth, which offers excellent coverage and comfort due to its strong airflow. Members at this facility take pride in cleanliness, regularly cleaning equipment after use, which enhances the overall experience compared to other locations. The gym is spacious and boasts a diverse range of lifting equipment, providing ample options for workouts. The facility is also quite clean, and many find it one of the more spacious Planet Fitness gyms they have visited. However, the bathrooms sometimes need attention, with moldy shower curtains and tiles, and a strong smell of urine and old sweat. It offers good pricing and is fairly well maintained, although there can be shortages of paper towels at times. The staff, especially those like Angel, are dedicated to keeping the gym clean and supporting members, making the experience even better. Overall, this Planet Fitness location is recommended for its energizing environment, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
All the staff is friendly, but Angel, is phenomenal! Her dedication, and impeccable customer service is always appreciated. She makes you feel welcome and supported. Highly, highly recommend. An employee that truly represents what the brand stands for!
Derrick was just amazing! He was exceptional in handling all aspects of his environment. Although he was by himself He was attentive to me and everyone pulling at him! This location is what quality looks like! Thanks Planet Fitness for having top notch customer reps like this one!!!
Who's the first time I came to this location in Brookhaven? I thought it was actually brand new when I walked in. I asked the gentleman behind the counter. If this was a new store, he said, no, it's been here for years. I gotta admit this is a beautiful store. The equipment is in top shape. It's well maintained and cleaned. The floors are so clean that you can eat off of them. The showers were very clean. All the equipment was easy to use. Roger was doing a great job, keeping it clean.I would highly recommend this location
