Moved to Atlanta and joined the gym a few months ago. Great coaches and supportive community! Class size is small so you get to know people in the room and get attention from the coach. :)
Awesome gym with great programming. Small classes so the coaches can really spend time with you 1 on 1 to help you improve. I’ve been going for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it!!!
I recommend this gym to everyone regardless of sports background, age and goals. Try it and you will like it.Best Crossfit coaches who implement the work out programs basing on the trainees’ goals.Friendly and supportive gym community who always cheer you up so you don’t give up the WOD even if you feel like you are done.The gym has 24/7 access so anyone can work out whenever it is convenient.Also, what I like is that because of small groups the coaches spot, point and fix all the mistakes trainee does during strength, weightlifting, endurance or gymnastics exercises.
